Weight Loss Diet Program: Eat More To Lose Weight
To lose weight with your weight loss diet program you need to eat smaller meals more frequently.
High calorie and high quantity foods are recipes for weight gain. This usually occurs when we only eat three meals a day since we are often very hungry by “mealtime” and end up overeating or making poor food choices if we haven’t planned ahead.
A simple way to reduce calories is to eat smaller amounts of food more frequently throughout the day. This method helps to reduce the effects of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and can help you maintain stable blood sugar. A general guideline is to eat 4-6 small meals per day.
